Davy Fitzgerald spoke to Jerome Quinn after his LIT side’s unlikely win over University of Limerick in the Fitzgibbon Cup quarter final. They sealed their place at the Fitzgibbon weekend with a 2-16 to 1-13 scoreline, with Davy claiming it’s “as big as I’ve ever done” in terms of his biggest achievements. Quite the claim from a man who has a couple of Liam McCarthy titles as well as a Club All-Ireland medal. Video via HE GAA
